- Invest in trans-seasonal clothes that work for more than one season and have versatility for mixing and matching. Think in layers when you buy single pieces.
- Track what you already own and get creative with fashion. Hire a Tailor to re-fit garments for a new/improved fit of older items. Do not overbuy, think of new ways to wear what you already own in your wardrobe instead.
- Get in touch with professionals who work behind the sustainable fashion scenes in your local community, such as stylists, designers, and search in your social media channels for designers in your area.
- Look after your clothes by washing them less frequently and using eco-friendly detergents. Also, dry your clothes on a line (or buy a laundry rack for indoors) vs using a dryer to extend the lifecycle of your garments.
